Position Summary:

In this position, this individual will work
extensively on executing projects, implementing
processes, and coordinating with internal and
external business partners to extend the investment
and operational capabilities. The Investment
Operations Manager will be a key contributor to
scope and direction of the global expansion effort,
with responsibility for ensuring all aspects of the
initiative are completed successfully. Primary
areas of focus include: assisting in coordinating
strategic projects, representing Fixed Income in
cross-advisor infrastructure initiatives, building
and enhancing processes, managing day to day items,
understanding and incorporating foreign regulatory
requirements, and managing business partner
relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

Business Initiatives:

The individual will lead and manage key business
initiatives and actively participate in cross
advisor initiatives. The individual will provide
coordination and oversight, analysis and
requirements gathering, testing and validation of
requirements, and oversight of implementation. The
projects could include: implementing new
portfolios, assisting in the office and trading
space requirements, expanding derivatives
capabilities abroad, and implementing new
technology for investment or operational purposes.

Skills / Requirements

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

* 7+ years working experience in or working with
investment operations
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* Strong Fixed Income operational knowledge
* Understanding of the domestic markets
* Global bond or foreign currency experience a plus

Skills and Knowledge

* Knowledge of both the mutual fund and
institutional investment management business
* Knowledge and experience in organizing and
running projects
* Strong industry relationships
* Positive attitude and "can do" work ethic
* Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing
environment
* Proven ability to work both independently and

management and other business partners.

Responsibilities:

The Field eng. is responsible for the Onsite Field Operation activities of the Resource(s) and/or resource elements in the Network. This includes field equipment such as Radio equipment (BTS or Node'b), transmission equipment (e.g. PDH/SDH, M/W), and other equipment that may be deployed.

Further responsibilities of the function are:
• Performing corrective maintenance activities according to Work Order received.

• Manage spare parts kit (car kits) and coordinate spare part replenishment and faulty part handling with Spare Part Management Service team
• Participate in field measurement activities i.e. radio network measurement collection, site health check activities e.g. grounding check
• Assist in CME (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) Site Maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A University degree or equivalent in the telecommunications field is required.
• Good knowledge of English language, both verbal and written.
• Good knowledge of the network resource topology and capabilities for Access and Radio 2G/3G.

• Huawei or NSN experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Radio and Access equipment, and good understanding of alarm / status indicators and their interpretation and use.
• Adequate support system knowledge and must be able to use required applications after proper set-up, with use of documentation without further assistance
• Basic knowledge of network implementation / integration processes.
• Good communication skills
• Good in analytical and investigation technique
• Excellent team player
• Network service / performance focused
• Be able to work independently.
• Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands.
• Must be able to work to tight time scales, able to work on shift and on call basis.
