Job Description:
Prepares and follow up the plans and detailed programs for the projects execution within the contractual periods along with the Regional Manager and Project Manager.
Follow up the projects execution and assure that the work is done according to the technical specifications and schedule.
Study technical problems that may occur and arrange to solve them.
Study the progress reports and forwards the comments / suggestions to Executive Manager.
Monitors the actual expenses in comparison with the budget and takes necessary action where ever required.
Advises the RM & PM to correct deviations (if any) for the project execution as compared to original schedule.
Visits periodically to project sites to assess the performances.
Coordinates between different projects sites with respect to re-distribution of resources.
For any additional resources, he is responsible to arrange them
Collect and update information about projects under execution and report to Executive Manager about projects situations.
Regular monitor all projects under his span.
Required Qualification:
Suitable Engineering Degree.
Minimum 20 years of actual experience in construction field, last 5 years as Execution Manager.
Excellent English Communication skills. Very Good at PC skills
Should have creative& innovative thinking, customer focus, Ethic & integrity, Initiative and resourcefulness, communication skills, leadership Skills, Problem solving & judgment, strategic thinking, resource management, impact & influence, team work.
Age range 40 – 50
Years of experience: 20 – 25 in civil construction, big projects 600 M – 1 B SR.
